The ETGA BOOKING SERVICE is available daily 10am to
4pm, Monday to Sunday. We do not charge for the booking service. A deposit of £25.00 is required at the time of
booking. This deposit is non refundable. If you need assistance with planning your itinerary we may be able to
assist you or you may wish to contact visitscotland.com Scotland's national tourist information service.

CANCELLATION CHARGES If you have to cancel a
tour please give as much notice as possible. If cancelled within 7 days of the tour 50% of the fee is payable.
If cancelled within 48 hour of the tour then the full fee is payable. Please discuss cancellation charges with your
guide at the time of booking.
Please note if the guide you have booked is unable to guide your
tour due to illness, accident, etc, it may not be possible to provide a replacement ETGA Guide with the same skills or knowledge
as all guides have unique skills and knowledge e.g. languages or specialist interests. We will try our best to find
a replacement guide in the unlikely event that your guide is unable to conduct the tour.
